薛素燕，女，1980年10月生人，于2013年6月获中国海洋大学水产养殖专业博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事海水养殖生态与生境修复研究，包括海水生态养殖模式、养殖环境修复、养殖生物生理生态学等。主持山东省海洋与渔业科技创新计划项目、青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室青年人才培育项目等科研项目10余项，第一作者发表学术论文12篇（其中SCI 5篇，中文核心期刊7篇）、授权专利8项（其中发明专利2项，实用新型专利6项）、软件著作权1项；参编专著2部、行业标准1项；获中国产学研合作创新成果奖二等奖等省部级奖励、荣誉共5项次。
