
邱亮,男,1991年2月生,2018年6月获上海海洋大学水产养殖专业博士学位,现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员、硕士生导师。兼任世界动物卫生组织(WOAH)十足目虹彩病毒病指定专家、亚太水产养殖中心网(NACA)十足目虹彩病毒病诊断专家,期刊Animal Research and One Health (AROH)执行副主编。入选国家、山东省和青岛市科技专家库专家,担任山东省科技特派员。长期从事水生动物疫病诊断与防控研究,聚焦甲壳类重要新发疫病十足目虹彩病毒病的病原学特征、分子流行病学规律及诊断技术创新,相关研究成果为该病毒的分类命名及国际防控策略制定提供了重要科学依据。作为负责人,成功推动黄海所获批为WOAH十足目虹彩病毒病参考实验室,实现我国大陆在该疫病国际权威技术平台领域的重要突破。作为骨干推动水产兽医诊断制品研发,并获批注册我国首个水产诊断类兽药产品。曾获2020年度“黄海青年人才奖”,入选中国水产科学研究院“水科英才”青年英才培育对象。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金(面上和青年)等科研项目。发表学术论文32篇,其中SCI论文24篇,中文核心论文8篇;制定行业标准8项,授权国家发明专利2项,参编著作23部。
