一、基本信息（400字以内）

彭吉星，男，1987年7月生人，2015年获中国海洋大学药物化学专业博士学位，现任中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所副研究员，硕士研究生导师。主要从事水产品营养品质评价与功能产物等方面的研究，主要包括以下方面：① 水产品营养组分检测与评价标准；②水产品特征功能成分挖掘与构效关系；③水产品品质形成（保持）机理与调控技术。主持或参与课题10余项，包括国家重点研发计划子课题，国家自然科学基金，山东省自然科学基金青年/面上项目，农业行业标准项目，技术成果开发转化等。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者（含共一）在Gut Microbes、JAFC等发表SCI论文12篇（JCR1区9篇）。获各类奖项3项，发明专利5项，软件著作权2项，参与制修订国家及农业行业标准5项，1篇信息建议获全国政协每日社情采用。
